Personal Adaptability Assessment

Sincere thanks to http://www.katarey.com for critical technical assistance in developing the questionnaire below!

The questionnaire below will help to give you an insight into your ability to adapt and survive the rigours of daily life. The results are an indication of your individual resilience.

Select a response for each question from 1 - 5, using the "drop-down" list at the end of each question.

"1" = "Not true of me at all"
"5" = "Very true of me".

Bear in mind that any test of this sort is a "snapshot" of how you perceive yourself at a given point in time. Your results may not be true for another time, or in a different context.

Nevertheless, do the results give you some indication of how you respond to pressure and stress?
